Page Springs Cellars
A couple of weeks ago I went with Ashley and her parents to Page Springs Cellars in Cornville, AZ which is in central Arizona. It is sch a beautiful place and I thought many of you would love to know that Arizona does have some small and beautiful wine regions. Check out their website at http://www.pagespringscellars.com
And give their El Serrano wine a try if you’re a fan of spicy red wines. It’s has a unique Cabernet Pfeffer in that blend.
Port – it is always better to decant port and older, heavier red wines, because of the dregs that may be at the bottom of the bottle.
