Pals Piesporter 2005

My dad and I just got back from a wonderful afternoon at Sorelli’s From The Vine in Fountain Hills, AZ.
We had a wonderful time bottling up our wine with the owners. Everybody over there is great!! They seem to have an endless supply of energy. But that may come from the wonderful stovetop espresso that they make all the time.

As a gift to my dad, we went and made some of our own wine. With the help of the guys at Sorelli’s of course.
We chose a German Piesporter which tends to be a semi-sweet wine. A great middle ground white wine. Not too dry and not too sweet at all.
